Der Kreislauf der Zeit … The cycle of time


Wird der Mensch sich niemals aus dem Kreislauf der Zeit befreien? Der Mensch wird es, weil er der Erbe von Gottes heiliger Freiheit ist.

Das Rad der Zeit dreht sich, aber seine Achse ist für immer in Ruhe. Gott ist die Achse des Rades der Zeit. Obwohl sich alle Dinge in Zeit und Raum um ihn drehen, ist Er dennoch für immer zeitlos, raumlos und in Ruhe. Obwohl alle Dinge aus seinem Wort hervorgehen, ist dennoch sein Wort so zeitlos und raumlos wie Er selbst.

In der Achse ist alles in Frieden. Auf dem Radkranz ist alles in Aufruhr. Wo möchter ihr lieber sein?

Auch Julians Zitat „Er sagte nicht: ‚Du sollst nicht bestürmt werden, du sollst nicht gequält werden, du sollst nicht krank werden‘; sondern er sagte: ‚Du sollst nicht übermannt werden.‘“ kam mir in der letzten Woche immer wieder in den Sinn.
Mein Mann ist seit gestern Nachmittag wieder zuhause, etwas angeschlagen, aber guten Mutes. Ich wünsche uns allen, dass wir mit vollem Vertrauen, echtem Verständnis und unerschütterlicher Liebe beten können.

My husband is at home again since yesterday afternoon, a bit battered, but of good cheer. I wish for all of us, that we are able to pray with full confidence, real understanding and unshakeable love.
