Wir hatten und haben starken Wind von Süd und an diesem Tag war wohl mehr Hochwasser, als wir je am Hafen gesehen haben. Auf dem Foto vom letzten Jahr sind vier Plattformen, auf dem von vor drei Tagen sind nur drei zu sehen. Entweder ist die vierte unter Wasser oder abgerissen.

… We had and have strong winds from the South, and on that day I think the high tide was higher than we have ever seen it at the marina. On the photo of last year, there are 4 platforms; on the one from three days ago, there are only three to be seen. Either the fourth is under water or it has been torn off.

Ich glaube nicht, dass ich da noch rüberspringen könnte in meinem fortgeschrittenen Alter. Man muss auch bedenken, dass das keine feste Brücke ist, das sind schwimmende Flösse, die nur aneinander und an einer Kette festhängen.

… I don’t think that I am still able to jump over the gap at my advanced age. One also has to consider that this isn’t a real bridge, these are floating rafts that are only connected with each other and fixed by a chain.

Aber die Sonnenuntergänge sind immer noch wunderschön, wie ihr hier links auf dem Panel sehen könnt. Ich wünsche euch allen ein behütetes Wochenende.
