Ja, ich habe Neues bei YouTube entdeckt, koreanische Eirollen und Reisbällchen. Da wir nur zu zweit sind, habe ich die Eirolle nicht so gross gemacht, wie in dem Video. Ich habe auch schon vorher einmal eine ganz einfache gemacht, nur mit Eiweiss innen und Eigelb aussen. Diese zweite war schon etwas aufwendiger mit einem Omelette aus Eigelb, gerollt in einem Blatt Nori-Alge. Gut würzen ist angesagt, sonst wird all das Ei langweilig.
… Yes, I discovered new things on YouTube, Korean egg rolls and rice balls. Since there are only two of us, I didn’t make the egg roll as big as in the video. I’ve made a very simple one before, only with egg white inside and egg yolk outside. This second one was a little more elaborate with an egg yolk omelette rolled in a sheet of nori seaweed. Seasoning is essential, otherwise all the egg will be boring.

Für die Reisbällchen habe ich Champignons gehackt und mit etwas Zwiebel scharf angebraten (Salz und Pfeffer nicht vergessen). Ich hatte die Ingredienzen aus dem Video nämlich nicht. Das waren daher eigentlich Pilzrisottobällchen, sehr lecker, in Gegrillten Sesamsamen gerollt. Dazu gab es eine ganz normale Curry-Sauce.
For the rice balls, I chopped mushrooms and fried them hard them with a little onion (don’t forget salt and pepper). I didn’t have the ingredients shown in the video. So these were actually mushroom risotto balls, very tasty, rolled in grilled sesame seeds. I served this with a normal curry sauce.
Ich habe mir verschiedene Videos mit koreanischen Eirollen angesehen, und in einigen fügt man etwas Maizena zu den Eiweissen und -gelben hinzu. Dadurch wird die Eimasse etwas fester in der Pfanne und leichter zu rollen. Aber hier jetzt die Videos:
