Diese Serie besteht aus drei Teilen: der Park, das Schloss und die Sammlungen. Doch jetzt die Bilder vom Park mit kurzen, erklärenden Bildunterschriften;
… This series consists of three parts: the park, the castle and the collections. But now the photos of the park with short, explanatory captions:

… The first thing that greats us is a statue of story teller Hans Christian Andersen (Artist: Keld Moseholm).

… An overview over the area … we spent many hours there!

… This cosy passage – where, of course, is a bench to be found – leads to the beds with the perennials.
Ich habe keine Fotos von den Stauden gemacht. Das sah zwar sehr schön aus, aber es gab dort die gleichen Stauden, wie in meinem Garten … 😉
… I did not take photos of the perennials. The beds looked very nice, but they had the same perennials as I have in my garden … 😉

… This is the reason, why I don’t have any tall gladiola, tulips or daffodils in my garden, but only the low growing ones: the permanent strong wind … what a pity!

… This is the park post, but the castle is omnipresent here.

… Flowers that I don’t have 😉

… The Gentleman seeks into the shadow, while I am inspecting every single little plant.

… The framehouse is housing a collection of old agricultural devices, clothing and old uni cycles and bicycles.

To the left wild, to the right prim. These shapes and the 4-5 m high hedges everywhere in the park must keep an entire army of gardeners busy.

… There is a lot of artwork in the park. This, my favourite, I found in the rosegarden. To me it looks like a special version of Saint George fighting with the dragon.

… The rosegarden 01: above left Rosa „Märchenprinzessin“ (fairytale princess); above right Rosa „Nostalgie“; down left the manor with Gentleman; down right Rosa „Morten Korch“ (Danish regional writer).

… The rosegarden 02: below left Rosa „Dronning Ingrid“ (Queen Ingrid); below right Rosa „Karen Blixen“.

… As a goodbye you see one of the statues carved from dead trees, which are very popular in Denmark.
Und damit wünsche ich euch ein schönes Wochenende!
… And thusly I wish you a pleasant weekend!
