Satire Donnerstag … Satire Thursday

An diesem Donnerstag möchte ich euch mal etwas ganz Anderes nahebringen. Auf Facebook fand ich eine sehr humorvolle Allegorie über das, was im Moment gerade überall passiert. Es geht hier jedoch nicht darum, sich über eine ernste Situation lustig zu machen, sondern einfach, bevor man irgendwelche Massnahmen ergreift zu einem Gebiet, von dem man als Politiker vielleicht nicht so viel Ahnung hat, mal kurz anzuhalten und die Sache noch einmal in Ruhe zu überdenken, und auch den Konsequenzen der getroffenen Entscheidungen vielleicht ein paar mehr Gedanken zu schenken.

… This Thursday I should like to „serve“ you something completely different. On Facebook I found a rather humorous allegory about the present situation all over the world. It is not the intention to make fun with a serious situation. It is more meant as food for thought, that politicians, before they take measures in areas about which they maybe don’t know so much, stop up and reflect a moment longer in peace, and also give the consequences of their decisions some more thoughts.

Eine große Anzahl von Linksabbiegeunfällen, die in letzter Zeit die Straßen des Landes geplagt haben, haben die Politiker zu Reaktionen veranlasst. Unfälle mit Linksabbiegung sind ein relativ neues Phänomen im Verkehr, sie sind jedoch traditionellen Unfällen mit Rechtsabbiegung sehr ähnlich.

Es stellt sich heraus, dass ein großer Teil der Verkehrsunfälle in den letzten Monaten auf Linksabbiegeunfälle zurückzuführen ist. Die Gesamtzahl der Verkehrsunfälle ist jedoch im Vergleich zu den Unfällen des Vorjahres intakt.

Die Regierung schlägt daher vor, dass alle Autos aufgrund dieses plötzlichen Phänomens zur Inspektion müssen.

Es sollte erwähnt werden, dass es im gleichen Zeitraum weder weniger noch mehr Unfälle im Verkehr gab, aber Unfälle mit Linksabbiegung in der Statistik über Verkehrsunfälle überrepräsentiert sind. Auf der anderen Seite nehmen die traditionellen Rechtskurvenunfälle ab.

Wenn man sich die vielen Autos des Landes ansieht, stellt sich heraus, dass tatsächlich alle Autos nach links abbiegen können. Der Rat für sicheren Verkehr bewertet daher, dass dies ein großes Risiko für den Verkehr im ganzen Land darstellt. Deshalb wollen sie das Fahren aller Autos des Landes einschränken, insbesondere im Stadtbild, wo es viele Kurven gibt. Dies wird durchgedrückt, obwohl die überwiegende Mehrheit der Verkehrsteilnehmer Linksabbiegungen hervorragend bewältigt.

Es stellt sich nach einiger Zeit heraus, dass im Verkehr leider genauso viele Unfälle passieren wie bisher – auch nach den erheblichen Fahrinterventionen. Mit anderen Worten, die Anzahl der Verkehrsunfälle ist auf dem gleichen Niveau wie immer.

Die Regierung muss eingreifen und entscheidet, dass alle Autos in ihrer derzeitigen Form eingeschränkt werden müssen. Stattdessen wurden mit den größten Automobilherstellern Vereinbarungen getroffen, dass ein neues Automodell entwickelt wird. Dieses neue Automodell, das automatisch gesteuert wird, wird angeblich Unfälle mit Linksabbiegung antizipieren, damit diese in Zukunft vermieden werden.

Diese neuen Automodelle wurden jedoch sehr schnell entwickelt, und daher wurden keine gründlichen Vorbehalte gegen die verbleibenden Funktionen der Autos gemacht. Daher gibt es bei den neuen Fahrzeugen regelmäßige Motorausfälle, Bremsausfälle und andere Mängel.

Gleichzeitig haben die Automobilhersteller beschlossen, jegliche Verantwortung für Unfälle, die diese Mängel an den Autos verursachen können, abzulehnen. Die Regierung hat sich jedoch trotzdem gezwungen gefühlt, dies zu genehmigen, da man sich jetzt zumindest sicher sein kann, dass fast alle Unfälle mit Linksabbiegung vermieden werden können. Dies trotz der Tatsache, dass verschiedene Defekte in den Autos zu anderen Arten von Verkehrsunfällen führen können.

Ein Teil der Bevölkerung steht den neuen Automodellen kritisch gegenüber. Daher ist es zunächst freiwillig, ob Sie in den neuen Autos fahren möchten. Wer nicht mit den neuen Autos fahren möchte, muss sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass er nur Seitenstraßen und Wohnstraßen benutzen darf.

Nur die neuen Automodelle können auf städtischen Hauptstrassen, Landstrassen und Autobahnen fahren.

… A large number of left-turn accidents, which have ravaged the country’s roads in recent times, have prompted politicians to react. Left-turn accidents are a relatively new phenomenon in traffic, but are very similar to traditional right-turn accidents.

It turns out that a large proportion of traffic accidents in recent months are due to left-turn accidents. However, the total number of accidents in traffic is intact compared to last year’s accidents.

The government therefore proposes that all cars have to be inspected due to this sudden phenomenon.

It should be mentioned that in the same period there have been neither fewer nor more accidents in traffic, but left-turn accidents are thus overrepresented in the statistics on traffic accidents. On the other hand, traditional right-turn accidents are declining.

When looking at the country’s many cars, it turns out that in fact all cars are able to turn left. The Danish Road Safety Council therefore considers that this poses a major risk in traffic across the country. Therefore, they want to limit the driving of all the country’s cars, especially in the cityscape, where there are many turns. This is being enforced despite the fact that the vast majority of motorists in traffic handle left turns in an excellent way.

It turns out after some time that unfortunately the same number of accidents occur in traffic as there have been so far – even after the significant driving interventions. In other words, the number of traffic accidents is at the same level as it always has been.

The government must step in and decides that all cars in their current form must be restricted. Instead, agreements have been reached with the largest car manufacturers that a new car model is being developed. This new car model, which is automatic-controlled, will reportedly anticipate left-turn accidents so that these are avoided in the future.

However, these new car models have been developed very quickly, and therefore no thorough reservations have been made about the remaining functions of the cars. Therefore, there are regular engine failures, brake failures and other defects in the new cars.

At the same time, car manufacturers have chosen to disclaim all responsibility for accidents that these defects in the cars may cause. However, the government has felt compelled to approve this anyway, as one can now at least feel confident that almost all left-turn accidents can be avoided. This is despite the fact that various defects in the cars may lead to other types of traffic accidents.

Some parts of the population are critical of the new car models. Therefore, it is initially voluntary whether you want to use the new cars or not. Those who do not want to drive in the new cars must be aware, however, that they may only use minor roads and residential streets.

Only the new car models have access to city main streets, country roads and motorways.
