Unsere professionelle Musikerkarriere ist ja erst einmal durch die Corona-Hy…, den Corona-Virus gestoppt worden. Wir hatten ja ins Auge gefasst, als Übung gratis in Altenheimen zu spielen, aber das wäre wohl etwas unpassend im Moment. 😉 😀

Aber auch vorher haben wir schon alles auf Sparflamme gestellt, Ferien und uns als Duo anbieten, weil ich mit Basalzellkarzinom diagnostiziert wurde und keinen zusätzlichen Stress haben wollte. Und Urlaub mit einer offenen Wunde macht auch keinen Spass. Das ist ein harmloser Hautkrebs, und ich habe nur eine relativ kleine Stelle, die ich die letzten sechs Wochen mit einer Creme behandelt habe, d. h. mein Mann hat mich behandelt, denn natürlich ist das auf dem Rücken und so, dass ich weder was sehen oder sonstwas kann. Jedenfalls sind die sechs Wochen vorbei. Jetzt muss die Wunde heilen und Anfang Mai ist dann Nachuntersuchung. Nur sehr wenige von euch wussten es, und ich möchte mich bei diesen für positive Gedanken und gute Wünsche bedanken. Basalzellkarzinom bekommt man ausschliesslich von zu viel Sonneneinstrahlung, und zwar bereits von Kindheit an. Ich kann euch daher nicht genug empfehlen, euch immer gut einzucremen, damit ihr nicht im Alter mit so einem Scheiss endet. Selbst wenn man daran nicht stirbt, ist es doch mit Schmerzen und viel Umstand verbunden, weil man viele Wochen mit einer offenen Wunde rumläuft.

In any case, the six weeks are over. Now the wound has to heal and at the beginning of May will be the checkup. Only very few of you knew about it, and I would like to thank those for their positive thoughts and good wishes. One gets basal cell carcinoma exclusively from too much sun, and that already from childhood and onwards. Therefore, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you always cream yourselves with sun blocker, so that at old age you do not end up with garbage like this. Even if one does not die of it, it is still associated with pain und lots of trouble, as you are walking around with an open wound for weeks on end.
Ansonsten haben wir gerade acht Musikstücke von Neighbours erstanden, also Noten, Texte etc., von denen wir zwei bereits spielen. Sie sind nicht so leicht wie CCR, das muss ich zugeben … 😉 … wir haben noch keine Videos mit uns gemacht, aber hier kommen sie von Neighbours and Friends.
